| Watch Today's Tao Video! Lao Tzu answers your question!Tao Te Ching videos by Naoto Matsumoto 81. Summary[Chapter 81 / English Translation] - click the line to watch the related video. Trustworthy words are not beautiful. Beautiful words are not trustworthy.
A good one doesn't talk. One who talks is not good.
One who knows is not knowledgeable. A knowledgeable one doesn't know.
The sage doesn't accumulate.
Although he does everything for others, he has more.
Although he gives everything to others, he is richer.
Heaven's Tao gives benefits and does not damage any.
The sage's Tao acts and doesn't compete.
Rapid Decoded Beautiful words are not trustworthy. If an idea seems logical, don't trust it.
If you can talk about Tao, that Tao is false. (☞See Ch.1)
If
you really want to know about Tao, stop analysing. If you want to be
one with Tao, reduce your knowledge. (☞See Ch.48 and Ch.56)
Don't accumulate any. Just reduce all. Reducing them is the best way to increase them. (☞See [Reverse Thinking])
Do
everything for others, not for yourself. The best thing you can do for
others is to accept them as they are. No judgement. No morals. Just
accept them and love them. That's how you maximise your emission of the
fundamental energy Tao.
Don't stick to what you have. Detach
yourself from your hologram (=the world). The less resistance you
create, the more energy you can circulate. After all, this is your
raison d'être. Life exists to stimulate us to emit and receive the
energy Tao. Besides, in your hologram, Reverse thinking works. If you
give more, consequently you will receive more.
"Heaven" means
the hologram. Tao manifests itself in your hologram (=the world). Zen
master Dogen might say, "you must not look at anywhere but this world to
meet Buddha". Don't look down on this world (=your hologram). This is
the one and only place your own self can give and receive the
fundamental energy Tao (=Buddha, =Love). Tao creates everything. Of
course, it benefits all and never damages any.
"The sage"
signifies true You, which is Tao itself. Tao creates all. Tao controls
all without controlling any. So, you create all, and control all without controlling any. Why do you have to "compete"?
Why do you have to achieve something in your own creation? Just accept
all and love all.

[Related Articles] -Resistance. Resistance is useless. The less resistance you create, the more energy circulates.
-Manifestation. The world is a manifestation of Tao. (manifestation of Tao / Buddha: [ho] 法 in Chinese character / Japanese Kanji)
-Result. Result is not important at all. Process is important. It is turning your prayer wheel, turning your hologram, turning the world with Love.

| ☞Don't be fooled by the summary of Yasunari Kawabata's «The Dancing Girl of Izu» 川端康成「伊豆の踊り子」. The story is not exactly as innocent as it seems. Read between the lines. Remember this Nobel prize winner wrote «House of the Sleeping Beauties 眠れる美女». Trust the summary of Kafu Nagai's «A Strange Tale from East of the River» 永井荷風「濹東綺譚」, though. The Sumida flows. Girls come and go. But world's oldest profession remains the same. They just change their clothes. That's all. Great writers have an eye to find beauty beneath their appearance.

| | Help Wanted -"Is a geisha truly a p,.........?"
No, it means "artist", literally. She is an artist of the Taoist way of living.

Why don't you think the other way round?
-"I am not happy about how I look."
There are a few things to think about.
-"Are you scared of seeing your reports?"
To forget about statistics.
☞Instead of "Ningen Shikkaku! 人間失格" (=You have flunked the exam as a human being. Therefore, «No Longer Human»), let's shout "Ningen Gokaku! 人間合格". No one can possibly be a failed human being. Dogen 道元 said that. Shinran 親鸞 said that. (Shoakumakusa 諸悪莫作, «Shobogenzo 正法眼蔵» and Yuien's «Tannisho» 唯円「歎異抄」, respectively) "Ningen Gokaku! 人間合格, or you have passed the exam as a human being!" summarizes the essence of «Tao by Matsumoto». Some people think we will get to «Deep River 深い河» eventually. Oh, no. We shouldn't be so modest. Let's start declaring: "We are the Deep River. We are Tao itself". This attitude summarizes the teachings of Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching 老子「道徳経」.
